So why not appeal all your failed lawsuits if you think they were all decided incorrectly?
ReplyDeleteBecause the law limits the time for appeal of dismissal to 30 days. My prior lawsuits were dismissed longer than 30 days ago. And it costs $300 to file such appeal, money that I don't have.
